These types of rulers are called rolling rulers because they have a rolling mechanism that allows them to easily and accurately measure and draw straight lines, curves, and angles. Dictators are often considered to be absolute rulers because they exercise total control over a country, often through the use of force and suppression of opposition. They typically hold unchecked power and are not bound by a constitution or the rule of law. However, it is important to note that not all dictators have the same level of control, and some may face limitations on their power from other influential groups or institutions within the country. Nonetheless, the term "dictator" generally implies a high degree of authoritarian rule and centralized authority. **

Noble families became rulers through a combination of inheritance, military power, and political alliances. In many cases, noble families inherited their positions of power through a system of hereditary succession, where leadership was passed down from one generation to the next within the same family. Additionally, noble families often gained and maintained their power through military might, using their wealth and resources to raise armies and conquer territories. Furthermore, noble families formed alliances with other powerful families or political entities to strengthen their position and increase their influence, ultimately allowing them to ascend to rulership. **
